The NIKE x Make Something!! workshops are a series of creative sessions starting on 12th July, 2010 that will introduce the participants to different expressions of creativity. The first week is focuses on product design with sessions lead by designers from NIKE Basketball, Converse, NIKE Sportswear and Brand Jordan. Teenagers from the New York area will join in on a unique creative experience, challenging themselves to be a designer for a day – learning about the process of creating a product collection fit for some of the world’s greatest athletes.

The experience will run through July and August with 10 more workshops, led by Make Something’s network of world-renowned artists, who will hand over their skills and experiences on how to produce and promote creative output and talent. To end with a blast, the World Basketball Festival Celebration Event will be held at famous Rucker Park in August.

Converse: Graphic Design
